It all started when…

Our first camp in 2013 was a merry group of 6. Packing only what they could carry into the hills of our family farm in West Virginia, this group started a tradition. Friendly competition and learning skills outdoors together became an annual event. By 2017 we had increased the number to 22. As the years have gone on our camp has grown and changed — and now we’re taking it to the community.

Our 10th Annual Axe Camp is upon us, and will be hosted at Yellowood Farm in Canal Winchester, Ohio.

“Axe camp is a chance to test your grit and what you and your axe are capable of.”

— Don Argento (614 Magazine | December 2014)
